| Thallus orange, smooth. Ascomata largely immersed in pseudostromata. Pseudostromata not or a little raised, often completely covered by the thallus. Hamathecium not inspersed. Ascospores 3-septate, 20–27 × 7–10 μm. CHEMISTRY: Thallus and pseudostromata UV+ red, K+ purple; containing anthraquinone. |

| Occurs on the branches of trees and shrubs in coastal N.T. and eastern Qld. Pantropical, mostly in open, lowland habitats. | ||
